With the rapid development of industry, pickling wastewater treatment has become an urgent problem to be solved. Traditional treatment methods have problems such as low treatment efficiency and serious secondary pollution, which cannot meet the requirements of environmental protection. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the new process of pickling wastewater treatment.
This paper first introduces the hazards and hazards of pickling wastewater, and expounds the importance and urgency of pickling wastewater treatment. Then, the current research status and development trend of pickling wastewater treatment at home and abroad were introduced, and the difficulties and challenges faced by pickling wastewater treatment were pointed out.
On this basis, a new pickling wastewater treatment process, electrochemical oxidation, is proposed. This method uses electrochemical reaction to convert the harmful substances in wastewater into harmless substances or intermediate products that are easy to treat, which has the advantages of high treatment efficiency, less secondary pollution and easy operation. Through experimental research, the principle, reaction conditions, and influencing factors of the process were carried out in depth, and the treatment effect was evaluated.
The experimental results show that electrochemical oxidation has significant advantages in the treatment of pickling wastewater. Under the optimal reaction conditions, the removal rate of the main pollutants in the wastewater can reach more than 90%, and the water quality of the treated wastewater is stable and meets the national discharge standards. In addition, the process can also realize the ** and resource utilization of heavy metal ions in wastewater, which has high economic and environmental benefits.
In this paper, the application prospect of electrochemical oxidation in pickling wastewater treatment is prospected. With the continuous progress of technology and in-depth research, this process is expected to be more widely used and promoted in the future. At the same time, the R&D and application of this process will also provide useful reference for the treatment of other industrial wastewater.
