At present, focusing on the new positioning of "one point and two places", the role of talents as the "first resource" has become more prominent......On February 18, at the group discussion meeting of the Provincial High-quality Development Conference on "Strengthening the Cooperation of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Talents and Strengthening the Support of Industrial Science and Technology Talents", Academician Liu Liang, Director of the National Key Laboratory of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome, talked about his views on vigorously strengthening the cooperation of talents in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and further strengthening the support of industrial scientific and technological talents.
It is hoped that we can join hands with the best Chinese medicine enterprises, scientific research institutions, and associations at all levels in the Greater Bay Area to create a new highland for the coordinated development of Chinese medicine and industry. Talking about the future direction of work, Liu Liang said that he will join hands with relevant institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutes, medical institutions, innovative enterprises, etc., to set up high-end R&D centers, hospitals or graduate schools in Hong Kong and Macao, link global high-end talent resources in an all-round and multi-form way, and serve the development of high-tech industries in the Greater Bay Area, especially the new high-tech Chinese medicine industry in the future.
He also said that he would explore the establishment of a new mechanism of "co-employment, sharing and co-management" of traditional Chinese medicine talents in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, so that outstanding talents from the three places can fully "live" in the carrier of cooperation.
