Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development held an on-site meeting on affordable housing construction in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. The meeting stressed that in the construction of affordable housing, all localities should reasonably determine the scope of protection and access conditions, announce to the public, establish a normalized acceptance mechanism, and include eligible wage and salary income groups in the waiting pool to ensure that they are guaranteed within a reasonable waiting period. It is necessary to take the preparation of housing development planning as the starting point, improve the housing system of "security + market", establish a new mechanism for the linkage of "people, housing, land and money", take the construction of affordable housing as an important part of the housing development plan, and scientifically determine the development goals of affordable housing according to the demand for affordable housing. It is necessary to explore the establishment of three systems of affordable housing, housing physical examination, pension and insurance, so as to provide safety guarantee for the whole life cycle of housing. It is necessary to select some affordable housing projects as demonstration projects, with the goal of green, low-carbon, intelligent and safe, to create a model of "good houses", so as to make the people's living life more comfortable and beautiful.
The meeting demanded that all localities should pay attention to system construction, introduce local implementation opinions and supporting measures as soon as possible, and accelerate the improvement of the "1+N+X" policy system. It is necessary to grasp the start of the project, reverse the construction period of the first batch of projects that have been determined, and fight on the wall chart to ensure that the construction starts on time and is delivered on schedule.
