Located at the intersection of Zhongyi Road and Yongxin North Avenue in Chancheng District, Dapanheng Yueyuan is a resettlement house with about 2,000 residents. The owner, Ms. Guo, reported that the fire escape outside the fire gate on the south side of the community is often occupied by cars, and columns are installed at the entrances and exits, which hinder the entry and exit of fire trucks. This situation arose as early as the end of 2022 and has not been resolved to this day.
In case of a fire in the community, fire truck rescue will be affected. Thinking of the incident of a garbage can fire in the underground parking lot before the Spring Festival, Miss Guo and other owners had palpitations. According to reports, on February 8, the trash can in the parking lot on the negative floor of the community was suddenly **, and the owner immediately notified the property company to deal with it after discovering it. Due to the timely fighting, the accident did not cause loss of personnel and property, but many owners were worried about the fire escape problem.
The owners of the community reported that columns were installed at the entrance and exit of the fire door on the south side of the community, which had potential fire safety hazards.
On February 20, the reporter visited Dapanheng Yueyuan and saw that there was a fire gate on the south side of the community on Zhongyi Road, and there was an open space outside the door, which was divided into two parts by rows of column guardrails, the inner side belonged to the community, and the outer side was built into a paid parking lot. Ms. Guo reported that the blocked fire escape actually refers to the entrance and exit passage of the paid parking lot directly facing the fire gate of the community and connecting to the municipal road.
According to the reporter's observation, the entrance and exit passage is in the shape of an inclined plane, covering an area of about two parking spaces, ** placed a movable guardrail with "no parking in the fire escape", but three columns are installed at the entrance and exit of the connecting road, and vehicles cannot enter and exit from here.
In this regard, the property manager of the community replied that the outside of the fire escape does not belong to the property management scope of the community, but is constructed by the Zumiao Street Water Conservancy Institute, and is now managed by a private company, and has not been handed over to the community property management center for management, and the property is difficult to eliminate this potential safety hazard.
On the afternoon of February 22, the reporter visited Dapanheng Yueyuan Community again, and the relevant person in charge of Foshan Tianpin Property Management, who is responsible for parking lot charges, said that the three columns at the entrance and exit of the fire escape of the parking lot were indeed installed by their company, mainly to facilitate the management of the parking lot. At present, the urban management department has intervened to deal with it, and the company is ready to dismantle the three columns and replace them with movable water barriers, so that fire trucks need to enter and exit the community in the future, and the water barriers can be removed at any time.
