It is reported that our province aims at the main factors of poverty due to illness, school, disability, and unemployment, and sets up early warning indicators such as hospitalization, chronic diseases and major diseases, college entrance examination students, disabled person registration, and new unemployment, and gives different weights, and carries out cross-departmental cross-comparison of the identity information and hardship information of the monitoring object every month, and the monitoring system scores according to the overlap and superposition of the monitoring index data and the identity information of the monitoring object, and defines the score from low to high as blue, yellow, orange, The four red warning levels quantify the degree of assistance needs and dynamically grasp the changes in household expenditures and hardships of low-income people.

In addition, through the dynamic monitoring platform of the province's low-income population, our province will automatically push the early warning information to the municipal and county civil affairs departments and townships (streets), and the grassroots level will take the initiative to investigate and verify the family situation according to the early warning information issued by the monitoring system. In 2023, through online big data monitoring and offline "iron footboard" verification, the province will issue a total of 56 monitoring and early warning information160,000 for eligible 9360,000 needy households have implemented corresponding assistance, effectively preventing them from returning to poverty, making social assistance policies more synergistic, and ensuring a more solid and reliable safety net.
