In today's fast-paced, stressful times, it's easy to lose yourself and fall into emptiness, loneliness and anxiety. Seeking inward is an important way to regain your lost self and achieve self-integration. Self-integration refers to the harmonious combination of different parts of an individual's personality, such as thoughts, emotions, behaviors, etc., to form a harmonious and unified whole. Self-integration can help us better cope with life's challenges and achieve lasting happiness and success.

Free

Freedom is one of the most important values for self-integration. Freedom is not only the outer freedom of action, but also the inner spiritual freedom. Even if some of our freedoms are suppressed, we can still be a free person psychologically. Freedom is not a simple binary problem, but a process of quantitative growth. Like the example of the king and the commoners, even if the person is restricted, the ability to hate must still be retained.

Creative conscience

People are not only able to understand rules, but also create them. Rules are associated with freedom, and a free mind can create rules. Creative conscience refers to our ability to make decisions based on our own values and beliefs that are in line with our inner guidelines. Having a creative conscience can help us avoid blind obedience to authority and thus live our true selves.

Courage

Courage is another important value for achieving self-integration. The courage to be free is to be brave enough to be who you want to be, even if it means facing challenges and difficulties. The courage to know the truth means to be spiritually strong, to have the courage to rebuild your worldview. If we bury our heads in the sand, we can't make a plan for the next step.

Time

Unlike plants, human time has meaning. Grasp the present, what you want to do in the current state, make full use of this state, and do it well. Sleep also requires courage, and many people don't have the courage to sleep right away. Everything we do in life has an eternal law of judgment behind it, and we have to act under this law.

By looking inward, we can explore our inner values, beliefs, and goals and integrate them into a harmonious and unified whole. Self-integration can help us live our true selves and achieve lasting happiness and success.
