On February 13th, the fourth day of the first lunar month, the sun was shining, the wind was smooth, Baji Township held a "Fenggui Baji Zhihui Hometown" talent symposium and exchange meeting, returning talents from various fields, township sages and township team members, heads of relevant township units, and secretaries of village branches gathered together to talk about hometown feelings and seek common development. The symposium also specially invited Sun Xuemin, a second-level professor of Zhengzhou University, a doctor of economics, a doctoral supervisor, the director of the Enterprise Research Center of Zhengzhou University, the director of the Modern Industry and Enterprise Development Strategy Research Center of Zhengzhou University, and the founder of the National Maker Space - Zhengda Yunchuang International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Promotion Center, to give a lecture. Professor Sun Xuemin gave wonderful lectures and specific guidance on the development of agricultural industry and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy, and gave a comprehensive and in-depth explanation on the integrated development of agricultural primary, secondary and tertiary industries, giving full play to the health care function of agriculture and rural areas, and developing deep processing of agricultural products, leisure picking, sightseeing and tourism.
It is understood that Professor Sun Xuemin has long been concerned about and studied the issue of agricultural modernization. Since 2020, Professor Sun Xuemin has been in charge of the training of agricultural managers in Henan Province of Zhengzhou University and the cultivation project of "Tou Yan" of rural industry revitalization leaders in Henan Province, providing a model for the cultivation of talents in agricultural and rural development.
