Food safety is related to the health and life safety of the people, since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the first general secretary has made a series of important expositions, providing theoretical guidance and fundamental compliance for food safety work. The State Administration for Market Regulation resolutely implements the spirit of the important instructions of the General Secretary, implements the decision-making and deployment, adheres to the problem orientation, prevents and resolves risks, keeps the bottom line of no major food safety problems, and promotes the food safety situation to continue to be stable and improving.
The first is to tighten and consolidate the territorial management responsibility of food safety and the main responsibility of the enterprise. Guide localities to establish and improve hierarchical and hierarchical precision prevention and control work mechanisms that are effective at the end of the force, and promote the implementation of the "three lists plus one letter of commitment" (responsibility list, task list, supervision list and food safety responsibility and task commitment) system, and further consolidate local management responsibilities.
