I've been practicing, but I'm hitting a bottleneck.
Attitude internalization needs to be based on breath awareness, which is the main point of the teacher's teaching, but many times we do not stand high enough or practice for a short time, so we cannot appreciate some of the more subtle points behind it. For example, in the practice, you have been feeling that you are improving, but when you reach a key point or a certain time, you feel that it is difficult to move forward or even retreat, you may have a problem with your attitude, you are expecting too much and pushing too hard, here you use the attitude of not doing anything, when we internalize this attitude, in order to do nothing without force, the internalization of this attitude needs to be based on breath awareness, and we need to learn and skillfully use breathing and depth awareness.
The practice is well done, and it is easy to be beaten back to the original shape when encountering things.
It's because we can't be aware of our breath at all times, we can't be aware of our breath, our breath is disconnected from ourselves, we can't go back to the present moment anytime and anywhere. The symptoms can also be dealt with, and the reason why it can't work when encountering things is because we can't be aware of and respond with mindfulness at any time, which has something to do with the fact that we don't apply mindfulness enough in our lives, that is, we don't soak in mindfulness in our lives.
I learned a lot, but the practice was not smooth.
It's because of the disconnected practice, which can't integrate the mindfulness practice. You may say, there are so many methods, but I don't seem to understand this method very thoroughly, and this method still has a name, and I am a little confused and a little vague, this is because you may not have put down the audio, and you have not yet understood a lot of exercises. When you are practicing intensively, you will find that the core is actually so many points, you really soak in the practice of mindfulness, you will find that the teacher's guide actually integrates three points into each sentence, breathing, awareness and attitude, in fact, the teacher's guide from the experience class to the special training camp, these three points are there, but you may practice less, or get used to thinking with your brain.
I have never been able to understand the integration of mindfulness into my life.
The reason is that mindfulness is separated from life, if opening your eyes is mindfulness, let you stay aware, stay aware, remind yourself to eat mindfully when eating, remind yourself to walk mindfully when walking, take a bath, cook, buy groceries and all other daily life to maintain mindfulness and stay aware, this is mindfulness into life; You don't get into the habit of being aware in life, mindfulness is mindfulness, life is life, you treat mindfulness as an independent thing, as if it is a skill that mindfulness must learn, in fact mindfulness is a state of consciousness, that is, the state of your attention, but this state of attention is a little more special. Mindfulness is life, it is not a state that says that you need to prepare a table tennis ball to play table tennis, but also a case, it is a state that your body can do anytime and anywhere, if you are not integrated into life, you will feel that it is separated.
How can you develop a mindful attitude in your practice?
Mindfulness is not cultivated in practice because it is not possible to experience and feel mindfulness firsthand. You may ask, attitude is very important, how can my attitude be attitude, I am me, how to integrate mindfulness attitude into practice, is there a way to do this? Actually, there is, there is a technique in this that you have not mastered, and in mindfulness response it is actually the "three in one", which is breathing, awareness and attitude, and you have not formed an experience and understanding in the body. Also, if you don't listen to the audio, you're not doing it properly. And in the practice, you don't consciously cultivate your attitude, the attitude is book knowledge at the beginning, you can read and understand, but if you don't take the initiative to integrate the mindful attitude into the practice, the attitude is the attitude, you are still you, you will not experience the attitude, why you can't maintain the attitude in life, it is because you can't maintain the attitude in the practice.
It is difficult to insist on yourself.
In addition to the fact that you don't feel the benefits of mindfulness, maybe it's because you lack an environment where you can calm down, and that makes you consciously or unconsciously have to sit down and practice.
