FOCAT-NX104 NX204 is a blow styling delay catalyst that has a longer flow time than the commonly used blow styling catalyst A1 and features the following:

Longer milky white time,The material flow period is long and the mold filling time is abundant, which is more suitable for large or complex mold production processes. Compared with NX104, NX204 has a longer milky white time and a more significant thermal delay.

The amount of addition is small, and the blowing rate is high. As a blow-off catalyst, it is usually used with a gel-type catalyst or a balanced catalyst to achieve the right foam density and set and mature quickly.

The foam blows gently and the bubbles are more dense. Due to the heat-sensitive delayed blowing effect, with the exothermic reaction, the catalytic effect is gradually released, and the blowing temperature is orderly, which can avoid the problems of excessive porosity, deformation and unevenness caused by rapid blowing.

Fields of application

It is used as a catalyst for delayed blowing of polyurethane foam, which can effectively prolong the milky white period without affecting the foam density. It is widely used in polyurethane foam, such as flexible foam, high resilience, integral skin and other fields.

How to use:

It is recommended to add polyol (white material) components and stir evenly; The dosage is related to the formula and process, and the general dosage is 01~ 1%。

HDPE plastic drum, 25 200kg drum. Store in a dry and cool warehouse, away from sunlight and rain. Unopened, shelf life 18 months. After expiration, if the catalytic activity is not attenuated, it can still be used normally.
