2.Physical and chemical indicators.

3.Microbiological indicators.

Microbial indicators are important indicators to evaluate the hygienic status of milk-containing beverages, including the detection of total number of colonies and coliform bacteria. According to the GB T 21732 standard, the microbiological indicators of milk-containing beverages should meet the following requirements:

1) Total number of colonies: according to GB 47892-2016 "National Food Safety Standard Food Microbiology Test Determination of Total Bacterial Count";

2) Coliforms: according to GB 47893-2016 "National Food Safety Standard Food Microbiology Test Coliform Count" for testing.

3. How to handle the test report of milk-containing beverages.

1.Choose the right testing facility.

You can choose a third-party testing agency with relevant qualifications and experience to test milk-containing beverages.

2.Submit samples and fill out the application form.

Submit the sample of the milk-containing beverage to the testing agency and fill in the application form, including the product name, specification, production date, shelf life and other information.

3.Wait for test results and issuance of reports.
