Recently, the Sanyou Optoelectronic Industrial Park project located in Tongxiang High-tech City successfully obtained the completion acceptance record certificate. Sanyou Optoelectronics said that the company is expected to start the relocation work in the second quarter of this year, and take this opportunity to accelerate innovation and development, and strive to become the main supplier of lasers and sensors in China.
Founded in 2001, Sanyou Optoelectronics is a national-level specialized and new "little giant" enterprise cultivated and incubated by Xiamen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park. The company focuses on the R&D and production of semiconductor lasers, detector devices and components, and its products are widely used in data center optical interconnection, optical communication 5G network and dual gigabit access network, laser sensing detection and biomedical testing and other key industrial fields in China.
The total construction area of the Sanyou Optoelectronics Industrial Park project is about 4740,000 square meters, including two factories and one office complex. In addition to integrating the company's existing production lines, the project will also build a design and R&D center for 5G bearer network equipment optoelectronic devices, more than 1200V SiC (silicon carbide) series products, sensing laser light sources, MEMS chip packaging and testing, and related supporting infrastructure. After the project is put into use, it will promote the upstream chip manufacturers around Xiamen to speed up the chip design, and at the same time can provide cost-effective optical devices for domestic downstream enterprises, which is of significance for improving the layout of the whole semiconductor industry chain in our city.
It took only 12 months from the start of construction to the completion acceptance record certificate, which is faster than the average level of projects of the same size in the industry. According to the Xiamen High-tech Entrepreneurship Center, the project agent, it provides enterprises with one-stop delivery and construction services, including land purchase and engineering construction management, to help the project run out of acceleration.
