Combined with the characteristics of the jurisdiction, the Cili Traffic Police Brigade has taken multiple measures to comprehensively strengthen the traffic safety management of buses, school buses, and hazardous chemical transport vehicles, and build a solid winter traffic safety defense line.
1. Before strengthening the organization and deployment of the action, the traffic police brigade held a special meeting to carefully analyze the accident characteristics and traffic violations of the key vehicles of "two passengers, one danger and one school", further clarify the work objectives, refine the rectification measures, and ensure that all work measures are implemented. 2. Strengthen road control, relying on National Highway 353 Zhangjiata Zhichao Station and Miao City Law Enforcement Station to keep an eye on key vehicles such as school buses, buses, and hazardous chemical vehicles, and adhere to the principle of "every car must be checked, registered by vehicle, and punished for violations", and strictly investigate and deal with key traffic violations such as overloading, speeding, overcrowding, and fatigue driving.
Typical case 1: At 12:02 on November 17, 2023, Yang drove a small car No. 1Mxx7 in Hunan Province with 9 students to the section from Tuping Village, Sanhekou Village, Sanhe Town, Cili County to Xinhe Village, Zhaojiagang, and was seized by the Cili traffic police on duty. If the number of passengers carried by tourist passenger cars and passenger vehicles other than passenger cars with more than 7 seats exceeds 20% but does not reach 50%, the driver Yang shall be given 3 points on his driver's license and fined 10,200 yuan in accordance with the law.
Typical case 2: At 17:00 on November 23, 2023, when Wang drove a small ordinary passenger car No. Hunan G08XXX with 8 students to the 500-meter section from Miao City, Cili County to Chewan, he was seized by the Cili traffic police on duty, and according to Article 18 of the "School Bus Safety Management Regulations", the driver Wang was fined 10,000 yuan in accordance with the law if he used a vehicle that did not obtain a school bus plate to provide school bus services. 
Typical case 3: At 21:25 on the evening of November 23, 2023, Du drove a small car No. 76xx in Hunan GQ76XX to carry 5 students to the Wujiaqiao Road section of Jiangya Town, Cili County, and was seized by the Cili traffic police on duty, according to Article 18 of the "School Bus Safety Management Regulations", the driver Yang was fined 10,000 yuan in accordance with the law if he used a vehicle that did not obtain a school bus plate to provide school bus services. 
3. Strengthen publicity and education, organize the police to go deep into the jurisdiction of passenger transport enterprises, campuses to carry out face-to-face publicity with drivers, through the most recent typical accident cases, the distribution of publicity materials, etc., to warn "two passengers, one danger, one school, one side" drivers to deeply learn the lessons of the accident, consciously abandon bad traffic habits, do not drive overcrowded, speeding, do not fatigue driving, firmly establish the idea of "safety first", and effectively enhance the traffic safety awareness of the majority of drivers.
In action,A total of 212 cases of key vehicle violations were investigated and dealt with, including 7 cases of using vehicles that have not obtained school bus plates to provide school bus services, 4 cases of illegal transportation of hazardous chemicals, 80 cases of overcrowding of passenger cars, and 9 cases of speeding of passenger cars.
