Changhe Historical and Cultural District, located in Binjiang District, is located on the south bank of the Qiantang River, on the shore of Baima Lake, at the foot of Guanshan Mountain, with the intersection of Zejie-Shanxiali and Huaihe Street as the central area, known as "Jiangnan Huai City".
In 2003, Changhe Old Street was included in the protection scope of Hangzhou's historic districts.
From February 10th to February 25th, Changhe Old Street will launch a series of activities for the "Song" Fu Hangzhou New Year with the theme of "Thriving Dragon, Going to the New Year Together".

The hundred-year-old locust trees on the Huai River and under the Zhenlong Bridge have witnessed the development process of "Jiangnan Huai City".
During the Spring Festival, Song Yun refreshments, sugar paintings, sugar people, handmade jewelry, calligraphy, lanterns, sausages, pickled fish, nuts and other "New Year's goods" will be gathered on the old street of Changhe, taking you back to the lively "Jiangnan Huai City".
