Shangguan Zhengyi mentioned that in 2017, Li Moumou helped a man surnamed Wei in Rong'an County to pay 30,000 yuan for a baby boy. Li Moumou claimed to have helped many families successfully introduce children, and through him, he could also book children. Shangguan Zhengyi said on Weibo that Li Moumou once said that many of the children he introduced had settled down in the name of "picking up abandoned babies" by reporting false police.
