Musk's statement came on the same day that actress Gina Carano, with Musk's financial backing, sued Disney and Lucasfilm for wrongfully terminating her role in "The Mandalorian." The Mandalorian is a television series based on the Star Wars film series.
Musk's feud with Disney and its chief executive, Bob Iger, began months ago and shows little sign of abating, and the lawsuit and Musk's enlistment of more disgruntled people are the latest escalation in the dispute between them. On Tuesday and Wednesday, Musk posted several tweets critical of Disney.
In an interview with CNBC on Wednesday, Iger declined to comment on Musk's questions.
