Who took your salary?

Have you ever wondered why you work more than others in a month, but get less money than others? Actually, someone took your salary. Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security released data on the minimum standard wage, and many regions have raised the minimum wage this year. However, after the salary is raised, it still looks pitiful, for example, Shanghai, which has the highest salary, is only 2960 a month, and Liaoning, which has the lowest salary, is only 1420 a month.

Although the minimum wage is only a reference standard, it can still reflect the approximate income of the lowest working people in the local area. Although these low-level workers receive low wages, their hard work is definitely not less than that of other strata. So why are they paid so little?

Here we have to mention a concept in Marx's "Capital", that is, surplus value. Let me give you an example, suppose you create 10,000 yuan of labor value, but your boss only gives you 2,000 yuan in wages, and the remaining 8,000 is your surplus value, that is, the part of your boss's net income. Then why did the boss only give you 2000? Because the surplus value you generate, anyone can do it, in China, manual labor is still the majority, in the factory, in the construction site, they create the most wealth in China, but they are not the richest people in China. In addition, China's labor overpopulation, the capitalists maliciously reduce jobs, leading to malicious competition among workers, and the continuous internal friction between laborers for a long time, the final result can only be to push their wages to a very low position.

The process in which the capitalist monopolizes the means of production and then earns the surplus value of the laborer is called the accumulation of capital in Capital, and this process is inevitable, because the purpose of the enterprise is to pursue the maximization of profits, and only huge profits can promote the enthusiasm of production, without this process, the country will not be able to develop, and the economy will stagnate. Even if this process will lead to a separation between the laborers and the capitalists, it is ultimately a last resort.

If you want to solve this problem, there are only two ways, for the country, make the cake bigger, so that everyone can get more of the cake, for individuals, it can only improve their own scarcity, the more irreplaceable you are, then the less you dare to share your "salary".
