Conditions and application procedures for applying for work related injuries

To apply for a work-related injury, certain conditions need to be met.

The following are the conditions for filing a work-related injury:

1.The worker is injured in an accident during working hours and in the workplace due to work-related reasons.

2.The worker is injured in an accident while performing work-related preparatory or finishing work in the workplace before or after working hours; 3.Workers are injured by violence or other accidents during working hours and in the workplace in the performance of their job duties.

If the employer does not apply for work-related injury determination, the employee or his/her family members may apply to the local social insurance administrative department for work-related injury determination. When applying for work-related injury determination, you need to provide relevant supporting materials, such as medical certificates, labor contracts, payslips, etc.
