Recently, Vice President Chi Changquan led a team to Xiamen and Quanzhou to carry out the "Warm Heart Action" to visit enterprises to expand jobs and promote employment, and successively inspected 12 family units such as Xiamen Farah Electronics Co., Ltd., Huaxia Cultural Tourism Group (Xiamen), Fujian Hongguan Communication Engineering, Huaqing Electronic Materials Technology, Shengwei Electronic Technology, Fujian Zhongke Guangxin Optoelectronics Technology, etc., which were warmly received by the park management committee and enterprises. Zhu Qingxi, Secretary of the General Party Branch of the School of Information Engineering, and Wang Ying, Employment Commissioner, accompanied the visit. 
Visit enterprises to expand jobs and promote employment
At the symposium, Chi Changquan briefly introduced the school's history, scale, professional characteristics, talent training, etc., and hoped that the two sides would strengthen cooperation, share and build together, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. The person in charge of each enterprise gave a detailed introduction to the development status, product research and development, talent demand and other aspects of the enterprise. The two sides exchanged views on school-enterprise cooperation, talent supply and demand, etc., and both expressed their commitment to the docking of accurate talent supply and demand, further implementing student employment and talent training, and building a high-quality platform for promoting higher quality and fuller employment of graduates. 
Alumni work together for development
In the alumni enterprise, Mr. Chi paid tribute to the alumni who have long been concerned about and supported the development of his alma mater, affirmed the alumni who led the company to cultivate in their respective fields, actively fulfilled their social responsibilities, and practiced the spirit of the school motto of "striving for skills and advocating civilization" with practical actions, and warmly welcomed the alumni to return to their "homes" to participate in the 95th anniversary celebration. During the exchange with alumni, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on how to further rely on alumni resources and effectively integrate alumni resources with the school's talent training, discipline construction, and job market expansion, so as to jointly promote the development of the school's career. 
Caring for growth
Chi Changquan and his entourage also went deep into the company to visit the intern students, communicate cordially with the students, and learn more about their work, life and development. Chi Changquan hopes that the students will give timely feedback to the school on curriculum setting, talent training, employment services and other aspects of their opinions and suggestions based on their work experience, and the school will continue to improve the talent training program and improve the ways and means of career guidance services. The interns felt cordial and warm to the visit and condolences of the school leaders, and strengthened their confidence in the front-line development of the enterprise.
Through this "heart-warming action" to expand employment and promote employment, the school will further strengthen the connection and cooperation between schools and enterprises, strengthen alumni communication and liaison, and will continue to attach great importance to the employment of graduates, vigorously explore the employment market of graduates, and promote fuller and higher-quality employment of graduates.
