Thematic deployment is promoted. The traffic police brigade formulated and issued a special rectification action plan, and carried out supervision and inspection around the deployment of services and the promotion of actions, and supervised the implementation of various control measures.
Identify important points. In-depth analysis of the county's winter road traffic flow, illegal status quo law characteristics, determine the main urban area, suburban combination area, rural areas of the "three" key parts, focus on strengthening the "three districts and three circles" (political districts, scenic spots, station areas, business districts, school circles, medical circles), national and provincial highways, sharp bends and steep slopes, water and cliffs and other important road sections patrol.
Strengthen joint law enforcement. Cooperate with the forces of the Transportation Bureau, towns and streets and other departments, and with the help of village communities, grid members and other forces, to carry out in-depth special inspections and law enforcement in rural areas to ensure the continuous smooth flow of village roads and township roads.

Strengthen the investigation and management of hidden dangers. Give full play to the overall planning and coordination functions of the county road safety office, promote the coordinated participation of various departments and territorial townships in the investigation of road stubborn diseases, implement the rectification of 9 hidden dangers at rural road intersections in the county, supervise the rectification of 8 safety protection problems in waterfront and cliff road sections, and jointly deal with 4 small and micro hidden dangers.
Highlight key violations. Using the trinity service mode of "** patrol + dynamic arming + fixed station", we will increase the intensity of inspections during key periods according to the detailed list of key violations, and continue to maintain a high-pressure situation of strict investigation and strict management. Since the beginning of winter, there have been 181 cases of drunk driving, 8 cases of driving without a license, 8,279 cases of non-motorized vehicle pedestrian violations, and 1,573 cases of two passengers, one danger and one cargo.
Strengthen emergency preparedness. Focusing on the key points of traffic safety emergency management in bad weather in winter, the emergency response plan was formulated, and the police force was organized to carry out hidden danger investigation in advance of 8 key road sections in the county, and a total of 7 potential safety hazards were eliminated, including 1 traffic sign marking, 6 safety protection measures, and 2 road damages.
Create a strong atmosphere and increase the "propaganda effect".
Set up a window propaganda position. Make full use of the traffic business window to carry out traffic safety publicity activities in an all-round way by posting posters, hanging propaganda slogans, circulating films, setting up consultation desks, etc., radiating 3,270 people.
Build a corporate propaganda position. Focus on the driving of "two passengers, one danger and one cargo", go deep into the enterprise to focus on publicizing the precautions for road driving in extreme weather, and enhance the driver's awareness of safe driving. Up to now, it has entered the enterprise 25 times and carried out driver education 7 times.
Build a first-class propaganda position. Make good use of the "double micro and one shake", popularize road traffic laws and regulations, typical illegal behaviors and traffic accident cases on a regular basis, and urge the masses to strictly abide by the law and travel in a civilized manner.
