At the event, the "Fuma Tongchengtong" physical service card was released, and Matsu residents can use the card to enjoy preferential treatment in housing, medical care, education, transportation and other aspects in Fuzhou.
'Fuma City' is a major breakthrough for the Matsu folks, which greatly enhances the convenience of the Matsu folks to live and travel in Fuzhou.
