Wolong and Enapter established a joint venture in China to develop AEM electrolyzer technology

On January 29, Wolong and Enapter of Germany officially signed a joint venture agreement, and the two parties will establish a joint venture company in China to jointly devote themselves to the development of AEM electrolyzer technology related products in China. Chen Jiancheng, chairman of the board of directors of Wolong Group, witnessed the signing. Pang Xinyuan, Chairman of Wolong Electric Drive Group, and Dr. Enapter, CEO of EnapterJürgen Laakmann signed the contract on behalf of both parties.
