For those who fail to pass two consecutive spot checks, on-site inspections and follow-up spot checks should be carried out, verification, interviews, and serious handling in accordance with the law, and key supervision should be implemented. Where the illegal conduct is suspected of being a crime, it should be promptly transferred to the judicial organs.
It is necessary to supervise and urge the unqualified production and sales units to implement the main responsibility for quality and safety, equip quality and safety directors and quality safety officers as required, establish a list of quality and safety risks in line with the actual situation of the unit, and implement the daily control, weekly inspection, and monthly scheduling work system. The General Administration will strengthen the follow-up and supervision of the disposal of spot check results, and report it as appropriate.
