Over the past 25 years, the majority of unpaid blood donors have selflessly contributed and enthusiastically donated blood, and the amount of unpaid blood donations and the number of blood donations in China have continued to grow, realizing that all clinical blood donations come from unpaid donations from citizens. In order to further implement the "Blood Donation Law", affirm and carry forward the dedication of unpaid blood donors, and encourage more members of the public to care about and participate in unpaid blood donation, the following requirements are hereby put forward to further do a good job in motivating and rewarding unpaid blood donors:
