According to Reuters and other foreign countries on February 14, Russia has issued a series of wanted warrants for the Baltic region, including Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas, Lithuanian Minister of Culture, former Latvian parliamentarian, and issued international wanted warrants. The reason officially announced by Russia for the arrest was the destruction of a Soviet-era memorial by Kaya Kallas and his accomplices, which is an insult to history. According to the relevant Russian regulations, this is punishable by 5 years in prison. But Kaya Kalas is not Russian, and Putin's global campaign against Kaya Kalas obviously has other purposes - the three Baltic states, including Kaya Kalas, have been too rampant lately.
First of all, there is military assistance to Ukraine. Estonia's foreign intelligence agencies have publicly stated that the number of Russian troops in the "Russian-Irish" border area has doubled, and that Russia is bound to start a major war with NATO in the next decade. Therefore, they must prepare for war in advance, for example, in the three Baltic states, among which is Estonia.
That's the most important point. Kaya Kallas declared that he would cancel the suffrage of Estonian residents and threatened to drive the Russians out of Estonian territory. On the Russian side, this move is seen as an attempt by Estonia to influence and disrupt this year's Russian ** elections, and Putin will not tolerate it.
The three Baltic states have different influences on Russia. The reason why the three Baltic countries will attack Russia is because they have not yet dealt with NATO. In such a situation, Russia can neither move nor do it, otherwise it will only bring more attention to the three small Baltic states, thereby fueling their arrogance.
But if Russia does go to war with NATO, then the three Baltic states will be leveled by Russia in the shortest possible time. As for the three Baltic states, in the absence of absolute superiority, there is no point at all.
This time, Russia's offer of a reward for the female prime minister of Estonia is more of a symbolic action. In Putin's view, not to catch Kaya Kallas, but to show the whole world where he and Russia stand - a tooth for a tooth, that's the most important thing.
It also sends a warning to the three Baltic states: Russia will stop its provocative actions against Russia. If they are still here, and when Russia finds an excuse to fight back, it will be Russia's anger.
