In the "Notice on Announcing the 2023 Green Manufacturing List and Matters Related to the Pilot Implementation of the "Enterprise Green Code" recently issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, it is proposed that the "Enterprise Green Code" will be implemented on a pilot basis across the country, which is another important variable in the field of green home certification this year.
According to the regulations, the "enterprise green code" quantitatively evaluates and assigns codes to the green level of green factories, which intuitively reflects the position of the enterprise in all green factories and the position of the industry to which it belongs. However, this code is only available to enterprises that have been approved for national green factories and have completed the 2023 green performance data submission in accordance with dynamic management requirements.
According to this, the new paradigm of home furnishing has counted the detailed list of 51 home-related industry chain enterprises that have obtained the 2023 "green factory", and they and the previous batch of "green factories" will be expected to be the first batch of national "enterprise green code" brands! At present, the green certification of China's home building materials industry includes the green ten-ring certification issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the green product catalog issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation, and so on. Among them, the enterprises that have obtained the Ten Rings certification also mean that their products have reached high standards in terms of environmental protection, health and safety, providing consumers with a greener and more environmentally friendly home environment. Other more recognized marks include FSC certification and EO grade certification in the board, EC logo for surface coatings, OEKO-TEX logo for upholstered furniture, latex mattress certification, etc.
