However, Israel continues to scale up its military operations, bombing pro-Iranian forces in the vicinity in an attempt to draw the United States into the quagmire of war.
Although the United States has clearly expressed its opposition, it has supported and shielded Israel in its actual actions. This passive role calls into question the strategic position of the United States in the Middle East, and it may plunge into a deeper quagmire of war in the future, which will be the result of self-inflicted consequences.
