1. Introduction to materials.
SCHS20B and HC220B galvanized sheet is a kind of surface treatment material, which is coated with a layer of zinc on the surface of the steel plate to achieve the purpose of corrosion prevention. The mechanical properties of these two materials are different from ordinary steel plates, so special attention is required when applying.
2. Analysis of mechanical properties.
1.Tensile properties.
Tensile properties are one of the important indicators to evaluate the mechanical properties of materials. By performing tensile tests on SCHS20B and HC220B galvanized sheets, the following conclusions can be drawn:
1) The tensile strength of SCHS20B galvanized sheet is slightly higher than that of HC220B galvanized sheet, but the elongation is lower. This shows that SCHS20B galvanized sheet has good rigidity and durability, but poor plasticity.
2) The tensile strength of HC220B galvanized sheet is slightly lower than that of SCH20B galvanized sheet, but the elongation is higher. This shows that HC220B galvanized sheet has better plasticity and toughness, and can better absorb energy.

Flexural properties are also one of the important indicators to evaluate the mechanical properties of materials. By performing bending tests on SCHS20B and HC220B galvanized sheets, the following conclusions can be drawn:
1) The flexural strength of SCHS20B galvanized sheet is slightly higher than that of HC220B galvanized sheet, but the flexural modulus is lower. This shows that SCHS20B galvanized sheet has good bending performance and seismic resistance.
2) The flexural strength of HC220B galvanized sheet is slightly lower than that of SCH20B galvanized sheet, but the flexural modulus is higher. This shows that HC220B galvanized sheet is not easy to deform when subjected to bending, and can maintain good flatness.
