The Three Realms of Happiness:

The primary happiness is the happiness of the flesh, which is satiety and materialism;

Intermediate happiness is spiritual happiness, that is, poetry and songs, piano, chess, calligraphy and painting, traveling the world.

The high level of happiness is the happiness of the spirit, which is to give and dedicate to make others happy because of your existence!

Seven types of giving that don't cost money:

Once upon a time, there was a man who ran to Shakyamuni Buddha and cried and said, "No matter what I do, I can't succeed, why is that?" The Buddha told him that it was because you had not learned to give, and this man was wronged, "But I am a poor bastard!" The Buddha said, "No, even if a person has no money, he can give seven kinds of charity to others." ”

Buddhism often says, six degrees of ten thousand lines, and these six degrees are the six basic practice methods of Buddhism, the six degrees are the first is to give, but many people, there may be some misunderstandings about giving, thinking that giving is done by rich people, they are a poor people who want money or not, they want time and no time, and it is not easy to support their families. Actually, no, as the Buddha told us, even if you don't have money, you can give seven kinds of charity

The first Yan Shi, get along with others with a smile, be kind and pleasant, smile at people, so that others feel very warm, comfortable and happy when they see you.

The second word is to say words of encouragement, comfort, praise, humility, and gentleness to others, so that others can feel your warmth through words.

The third heart is to open your heart, accept others, treat each other sincerely, help others with sincerity, and let others feel your love.

Fourthly, look at others with kindness, and use your eyes to make others feel your kindness, warmth, and kindness.

Fifthly, we use our physical actions to help others, as long as it is an action that benefits others and society within our ability, it is called self-giving.

The sixth almsgiving, when we go out to take a boat or a car, or meet hard-working pedestrians, we can give up our seats to others so that people can rest, which is also a kind of charity, and the seventh almsgiving, providing our free house to others to rest, or providing it to charitable organizations to do public welfare, which is also a kind of charity.

What we get by learning Buddhism and giving is what we learn to let go. Therefore, first of all, we must practice charity diligently, in order to break our greed, charity is not about the amount of material, but on sincerity, even if we don't have a penny, we can practice these 7 generosity, the great blessing.
