Han Ming and Li Maojuan were afraid that they would not be able to handle the case at this time and leave a record for the child, so they wanted to persuade their son to bow his head and apologize to the other party, but unexpectedly, Han Yuchen swore to die, and after a few rounds, the relationship between the two families became even more stiff.
Later, Zhang Ke found four thugs and found a place where no one was to beat Han Yuchen, and Li Maojuan, who had already found lawyer Xiao Chen to make peace, was angry, and on impulse, pushed Director Zhang to the ground, and Director Zhang called the police to file a case, refused to reconcile, and went to administrative detention.

Article 2 Zhang Guisheng, a bus driver, acted bravely
Zhang Guisheng was originally an ordinary bus driver, and one day when he was at work, two young men on the bus stretched out their groping hands to take advantage, and accidentally had a conflict with a girl, and punched and kicked the girl without saying a word. Zhang Guisheng, who saw all this from the rearview mirror, quickly left the driver's seat and went over to persuade him to fight, but unexpectedly, these two young men rushed at him again, and the three of them fought. In the chaos, Zhang Guisheng knocked the other party's head with a heavy object, causing serious injuries, and finally sentenced him to the crime of intentional wounding.
After coming out, Zhang Guisheng kept going to Beijing to petition, and Han Ming, who was in charge of the case, kept persuading him to accept the law and accept the reality, and kept persuading him that it was indeed wrong for him to hurt people, and in order to make him stop petitioning, he also used his personal connections to find him a job.
At that time, Han Ming never thought about it, he just looked at this problem objectively from the perspective of the prosecutor, but if he stood from the perspective of Driver Zhang, if he encountered this problem by himself, how to deal with it properly.
It's just unfortunate that on the way to the last petition, Driver Zhang was hit by a truck and lost his life, and Prosecutor Han only learned that in the years when Driver Zhang went in, his wife and daughter had been working hard and petitioning for his affairs, and his wife died of illness because of this, and his daughter insisted on writing an appeal for several years, just to repay her father's innocence.
People live for a lifetime, they are supposed to do good deeds, but in the end they end up with a deliberate hurt, and the daughter can't accept it anyway, but what makes her even more unacceptable is her father's death, and she has been forcing her father to petition, so she collapsed and thought that she killed her father, but the whole thing, she doesn't know, it's wrong.
Article 3 Wang Yongqiang and Liu Wenjing
This is the biggest main line of this play, and the whole drama is also deeply developed throughout this case. Wang Yongqiang's wife Hao Xiuping (Zhao Liying) is deaf and mute, and their children also follow their mother, but the children are still young and there is still a possibility of recovery.
Liu Wenjing's elder brother once sacrificed his life to protect the village, so he was conquered and posthumously regarded as a martyr, and since then the Liu family has been rampant and domineering in the entire city, and his father Liu Lao Lao is even more indispensable (the Liu family should be some leaders who have interests, so I will not expand here). Liu Wenjing became a bully in the village, lending usury everywhere. But there was a prosecutor in charge with a full sense of justice, Lu Lingling, the knife disappeared after the case, and everyone felt that there was no suspense in the case, only Lu Lingling insisted that she must find out before she was willing to litigate.
Han Ming and Lu Lingling were their first love in college, and at that time, because of the senior ** Lu, and Han Ming stepped forward, it also affected his future, so at that time, Lu felt that Han was full of justice, and the two became a couple. Decades later, Han Ming was seconded here to assist Lu Lingling in handling the case.
The Liu family was very domineering, they silenced everyone, and tried to control Hao Xiuping and their daughter, but it was Han and Lu who saved them desperately. But Old Man Liu used his child to threaten Hao Xiuping to sign a fact sheet in an attempt to erase Liu Wenjing**'s charges.

So he decided to reopen a public meeting on the case, and used his impassioned statement to push the film to a climax.
