Second, integrate into the team. It is necessary to do a good job of psychological involvement. The degree of psychological involvement refers to the degree to which an individual is psychologically related to various information such as the surrounding environment, external things, and other people. The psychological involvement here is mainly manifested as a kind of behavioral consciousness of employees. Is it possible to establish a sense of protagonist? Can the Juche spirit be carried forward? Can the concept of ownership be strengthened? Can you take the initiative? Employees should not wait or rely on, do not shirk, take the initiative to care about the development of the unit, actively make suggestions, consciously safeguard the interests of the organization, and effectively achieve the unit in the eyes, in the heart, and in action. On the big stage of life, "play the leading role, sing the big play", "be the master, bravely shoulder the burden". Only when the body and mind are integrated, emotionally invested, actively worked, and take the initiative will they "think like a boss and work like a boss", and will be more diligent, conscious, and selfless in their work. Again, compete to be the master. To be a master is to do a good job of role identification. To do a good job of role identification, good employees need to identify with the unit, with the leader, with the work, with the system, with the management, and with the colleagues. As long as you agree with these factors, you will take the company as your home, yourself as the master, and solve problems for the leader. "Be the best version of yourself" and "Meet better others". Finally, active officer.
