Notice of the State Administration for Market Regulation on the special sampling inspection of food safety during the Spring Festival.

Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation organized special supervision and sampling of food safety in the Spring Festival market, and randomly selected 1,500 batches of samples across the country by on-site sampling and network sampling, and 14 batches of samples were found to be unqualified. The results of product sampling can be queried.
For the substandard food found in the sampling, the relevant provincial market supervision departments have organized verification and disposal.
The specific situation of unqualified food under supervision and sampling is hereby notified as follows:
1. Microbial contamination
1) The plum squeaky bubble bayberry juice sold by the sixth branch of Guiyang Yunyan Heli Commerce and Trade in Guizhou Province and produced by Guizhou Chengyou Wang Ji Shanyuan Food, in which the number of yeast and the total number of colonies do not meet the national food safety standards.
2) The hand-torn air-dried meat (spicy flavor) sold by Xingmi Food Technology Co., Ltd. in Changsha, Hunan Province, and produced by Xiangtan City, Hunan Province, in which the number of coliform bacteria and the total number of colonies do not meet the national food safety standards.
3) ** Gateway Dongqing Northeast Native Products (the operator is Heilongjiang Agricultural Fresh Dishan Goods Co., Ltd. *** in ** Net (** sales, Nominal Heilongjiang Province, Heihe City, Nenjiang City, North Food *** production of horse jerky, in which the total number of colonies does not meet the national food safety standards.
4) Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Hohhot City, Yuquan District, Yuquan District, Yupin Shop Business Department sales, Inner Mongolia Mengdu Sheep Food Co., Ltd. production of Yuanqi grain beef slices (five spices), the total number of colonies does not meet the national food safety standards.
Second, the problem of heavy metal pollutants
1) The organic sea buckthorn fruit juice drink sold by the supermarket branch of Victory Supermarket *** Chahar Street Store in Ulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and produced by Inner Mongolia Aerospace Bioengineering Technology ***, in which the lead (in terms of PB) test value does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.
2) The black wolfberry puree produced by Qinghai Hongqi Goji Technology Co., Ltd. is sold by a pro-commercial operation and management company in Qinghai and is claimed to be produced by Qinghai Kunyuan Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Resources Development Co., Ltd., in which the lead (in Pb) test value does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.
Third, the use of food additives beyond the scope of the problem
Pinduoduo Xinjiang Yuanwei Dried Fruit Store (operated by the Distribution Department of Keyin Dried Fresh Fruit in Beiyuan Spring Market, Shayibak District, Urumqi City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region) sold in Pinduoduo (mobile app), and operated by Keying Dried Fresh Fruit Store in Xinbeiyuan Spring Market, Shayibak District, Urumqi City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and produced by Tianjin Quankun Nut Food***, in which the sulfur dioxide residue does not meet the national food safety standards. Tianjin Quankun Nut Food *** raised an objection to the authenticity of the product, which was verified by the Tianjin Municipal Market Supervision Commission and recognized its objection. It was confirmed that the batch of products was actually purchased in large packaging by the Keying Dried Fresh Fruit Store in Xinbeiyuan Spring Market, Shayibak District, Urumqi City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
Fourth, the quality indicators are not up to standard
1) The tea seed oil sold by Jingchu Youpin Supermarket in Hongshan District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, and produced by Wuhan Lvlin Tea Seed Oil in Hubei Province, in which the peroxide value test value does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.
2) The strange beans sold by Shenyang Runtai Commercial *** in Liaoning Province and produced by Jiameng Food in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, in which the acid value (in terms of fat) (KOH) test value does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.
3) The spicy happy beans (fried broad beans) sold by the Jibu Ganwei Yijue Convenience Store (South District), Ganxian District, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, and produced by Binyu Food Factory in Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, the acid value (in terms of fat) (KOH) test value does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.
4) Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Wuzhong City, Qingtongxia City, Xinning Department Store Supermarket, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, the nominal Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Yongning County, Yongning County, Wangyuan Town, Aga Melon Seeds Sales Department **, the peroxide value (in terms of fat) test value does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.
5) The original melon seeds sold by the Baihuagu Branch of Dingshangjiajiali Supermarket in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, and produced by Xinwangsheng Food in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, do not meet the national food safety standards.
6) The soybean soy sauce brewed soy sauce sold by Lanzhou Huide Commerce and Trade in Gansu Province and produced by Gansu Liangzhou Yimin Co., Ltd. does not meet the requirements of the relevant product implementation standards.
5. The quality index does not match the value of the label
*The barley vinegar (brewed vinegar) sold by Baiyi Trading Group *** Square Store and produced by **Kexin Agricultural Development***, in which the test value of benzoic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of benzoic acid) and the content of total acid (in terms of acetic acid) meet the provisions of the national food safety standards, but do not meet the requirements of product labeling.
