3. Explosion-proof wall materials entry and inspection.

3.2. The entry requirements of the material should meet the progress needs of the construction site, and the material should be protected to prevent trampling to avoid the pollution of the finished product. 4. Rust removal method and brushing.
4.1. Rust removal quality grade:

4.2 Rust removal method:

5. Welding engineering.
The welding project of the monomer is mainly welded with the heaven and earth at both ends of the square pipe column and the section steel beam, the square pipe and the C-shaped steel upper surface and end face should be flush, and should be carried out in accordance with the following requirements
Welders should pass the examination and obtain a welder certificate before they can engage in welding work. The welder certificate should indicate the welding conditions and validity period, and the welder certificate should be submitted to the supervision unit for review in a timely manner. If the welder stops welding for more than 6 months, he should be re-assessed.
When welding, it is not allowed to use welding rods with peeling off or rusty welding cores, fluxes that have been agglomerated by moisture and slag shells that have been melted.
Before welding, the welder should review the quality of the weldment joint and the treatment of the welding area. When the requirements are not met, the welding can only be applied after repairing the grid.
Multi-layer welding should be welded continuously, and each layer of weld bead should be cleaned and inspected in time after welding, and then welded after removing defects.
When there is a crack in the weld, the welder shall not deal with it without authorization, and the cause shall be investigated and the repair process shall be formulated before it can be treated.
The number of repairs of the same part of the weld should not exceed twice. When it is more than two times, it should be carried out according to the rework process.
After welding, the welder should clean up the slag on the surface of the weld and the spatter on both sides to check the appearance quality of the weld.
The dimensions of the weld shall conform to the provisions of the current national standard "Dimensions of Steel Structure Welds".
The internal defect classification of welded joints shall conform to the provisions of the current national standard "Manual Ultrasonic Flaw Detection Methods and Flaw Detection Results Classification of Steel Welds", and the quality grade and defect classification of welds shall comply with the provisions of the specification.
