Among them, the number of complaints about household electronic appliances ranked first, reaching 158107, and the proportion of complaints was 119%, an increase of 1 compared to 202235 percentage points. Housing and building materials ranked seventh in terms of complaints, with 31,351 complaints, and the proportion of complaints was 236%, a decrease of 072 percentage points.
According to the 2023 service category complaint data, the number of complaints about housing decoration and property services ranked eighth, with 21,067 complaints, and the proportion of complaints was 159%, a decrease of 039 percentage points.
Among the specific commodity complaints, the number of furniture complaints ranked ninth, with 27,963, an increase of 613%。
According to the China Consumers Association, in 2023, with the recovery of consumption, the number of consumer complaints will also increase to a certain extent. The complaints accepted by the National Consumer Association cover various industries and fields, involving pre-event consumer publicity, contract performance during the event, and after-sales service after the event.
