2024 is the first year of the implementation of the "Going Global" project of social organizations by the Shaanxi Youlian Women and Children's Exchange Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Youlian Center"), and Yin Binbin, the founder of the Dream Charity Organization, as the newly elected vice chairman of the Youlian Center, will jointly promote the implementation of the "Going Global" project of social organizations by the Youlian Center. On December 29, 2023, the "Hanka Dream Primary School Expansion Project" jointly initiated by Youlian Center and Dream Charity was officially launched in the Matare Slum in Kenya.
Hanka Dream Primary School was established in 2009 and is located in Mataré, Kenya's second largest slum. Founded by the founder Fred and aided by volunteers from China International, the school started with only 3 volunteer teachers, a total of 20 students and 3 rooms, and so far, the school has 500 students and 15 teachers.
As more and more children enter Hanka Dream Primary School, the school's previous space and environment can no longer meet the demand. Therefore, Yin Binbin, vice chairman of the Friendship Center, communicated with the principal of Hanka Dream Primary School and decided to use the students' holidays to renovate and expand the school's existing classrooms. 
Youlian Center and Dream Charity raised $3,000 for the "Hanka Dream Elementary School Expansion Project" to help expand the classrooms of Hanka Dream Primary School, and to create a comfortable learning environment for students by renovating and improving the internal structure of the classrooms. 
During the implementation of the project, in order to maintain the best quality, Youlian Center and Dream Charity selected a local contractor and workers with rich construction experience in Kenya, who had previously completed a number of school construction projects in cooperation with Dream Charity. 
While the construction personnel of the project team carry out the project construction in strict accordance with the construction quality standards and schedule, a special management committee will supervise the entire construction process, and hold weekly meetings with the contractor to follow up the progress of the project and ensure that the project is completed on schedule under the condition of ensuring the quality of the project. 
After a period of 14 days of construction, on January 11, 2024, the "Hanka Dream Primary School Expansion Project" was successfully completed, and the renovated Hanka Dream Primary School took on a new look, the classroom capacity was greatly expanded, and the problem of roof leakage was solved, effectively meeting the school's teaching needs, so that more children can enter the school and start a better academic career.
