How to show initiative and integration during the interview

Problem Interpretation. The interviewer may be concerned that your social circle is full of peers and that you lack the experience of working with people of other ages.

Therefore, you need to show that you are comfortable with people of all ages and backgrounds.

To prove this, you'll need to use some examples and stories.
