Problems and solutions
1. If the control cabinet is immersed in water, the motor may burn out, at this time, the power switch should be turned off immediately, and the replacement should be carried out by yourself or contact us for repair and replacement.
2. If there is water in the tray or foundation pit for a long time, there will be paint loss, try to keep no residual water stains on the tray, clean up the water in the foundation pit, and spray waterproof paint on the paint part in time to prevent rust.
3. Our hydraulic cylinders have waterproof coatings and seals, and there is no problem in normal environmental use. Once the hydraulic cylinder is flooded, the water will gradually settle at the bottom, and the oil will foam and become turbid, which will affect the normal operation of the cylinder, and the hydraulic oil and seals should be replaced in time.
4. If the water entering the control cabinet will erode the plug-in board and the connecting parts, and the equipment will be insensitive to the new phenomenon, the compressed air machine should be used to dry all the electrical connection parts inside the control cabinet.
5. If the chain is used for a long time without lubricating oil and is in humid and rainy and snowy weather for a long time, the chain will rust and reduce the service life of the chain.
6. Pay attention to extreme weather warnings in time, do a good job of waterproofing and ventilation in the computer room in advance, and regularly maintain the equipment.
