Since 2022, Mingnan Village has actively revitalized idle resources, intensively cultivated land in the village, introduced a number of fruit planting farmers, vigorously planted tropical fruits such as Jiabao fruit and Yaotang Xiantao, and built a "ten-mile fruity corridor" along Hopewell Avenue according to local conditions.
In addition, there is a piece of dry land of more than 40 acres in front of Ludong Village of Mingnan Village Committee, which will be planted with fruit corn from 2023, and a bumper harvest will also be ushered in in May of that year.

This land is located at the foot of Ludong Mountain, far away from the nearby river, and it is inconvenient to use water, so it was formerly called "Wangtiantian" and planted green seedlings. In 2023, with the assistance of the Mingnan Village Committee, the growers installed water pumps to improve the land's ability to resist drought and waterlogging, and hired professional technicians to manage it, planting more than 20 acres of sweet corn and 10 acres of watermelons, with good economic benefits.
In 2023, the Mingnan Village Committee will extensively solicit the opinions of the villagers, actively coordinate and strive for it, and obtain the strong support and help of 6 enthusiastic enterprises and entrepreneurs in the jurisdiction, and donate a total of more than 2,000 fruit seedlings, including Jiabao fruit, longan and other varieties, to the villagers for free. Villagers determine the number of fruit seedlings to be claimed according to the area of their idle land, and beautify the greening in front of the village, behind the village, in front of the house and behind the house by planting fruits, so as to add color and greenery to the revitalization of the countryside.
