Located 35 kilometers north of Moyu County, Jiahanbagh Village, Yawa Township, has more than 500 acres of wetland resources and beautiful natural scenery. With the joint efforts of the villagers, it has been transformed from an ordinary village into a comprehensive development area integrating freshwater aquaculture and eco-tourism.
It is understood that since 2019, after extensively soliciting the opinions of villagers, the task force and the village "two committees" have decided to make full use of wetland resources on the basis of protecting the ecological environment, develop aquaculture and rural ecological tourism, and make scientific and reasonable use of wetland resources in accordance with the model of "party branch + cooperative + farmer", and create a comprehensive ecological park integrating breeding, leisure and entertainment.

In the ecological park, 16 village leaders have established a professional cooperative for outing breeding farmers, absorbing 629 villagers to become shareholders, with an annual dividend of more than 700,000 yuan. The cooperative not only breeds a variety of freshwater fish such as herring, grass carp, silver carp and bighead carp, but also carries out tourism projects such as fishing, yacht sightseeing, catering, and water parks, providing tourists with a rich and colorful play experience.

We can now catch more than 100 kilograms of fish a day, and we can catch about 20 tons of fish in a year, earning about 2 million. The head of the cooperative, Litipu Abulai, said happily.
Due to the presence of natural plants such as reeds around the wetlands, the cooperative has chosen a natural way to raise fish to ensure the quality of the fish. Therefore, the freshwater fish farmed here are not only delicious in meat, but also rich in vitamins, minerals and unsaturated fatty acids, which are deeply loved by consumers.

In order to further improve the development level of cooperatives, the task force also invited professional and technical personnel to the village to carry out skills training such as breeding and tourism services, so as to improve the vocational skills of cooperative members. At the same time, they also use social platforms such as WeChat, Douyin, and Kuaishou to vigorously promote the tourism resources of the Jiahanbagh Village Wetland to attract more tourists to come for sightseeing.
Today, the eco-park receives more than 80,000 visitors a year, and more than 70 local villagers are employed during the peak tourist season, further promoting the development of the local economy.
