Pressure piping element type test report problem.
Ask. If there is a question about the type test report of pressure piping components, I hope that the General Administration will answer. 1. Is there a fixed validity period for the special equipment type test certificate (pressure piping components) issued in accordance with the relevant requirements of TSG D7002-2006 standard? I see that TSG D7002-2006 does not have relevant instructions, if so, according to which standard? 2. Is a metal valve with a nominal diameter of less than 50mm a special equipment? If not, under which standard?
Answer. 
1. At present, the type test of pressure pipeline components is valid for four years. From October 1, 2023, the relevant requirements of TSG D7002-2023 shall be implemented. 2. Please refer to Note 3 of Annex 1 of the Announcement of the General Office of the State Administration for Market Regulation on Matters Related to the Administrative Licensing of Special Equipment (No. 41 of 2021).
