2. Leakage. Flying wire charging is not the same as using a charging pile, and it is inevitable that some people will not pay attention to the situation of electric shock. 3. Harm to neighbors. More than ten meters of wires were thrown down from the window of the upper floor to charge the battery car parked downstairs, and once it was overloaded, it would cause a fire to burn, and the residents who flew the line would also suffer.
The correct posture for charging electric vehicles.
1. The charging time is reasonable. The charging time should not be too long, and the electric vehicle is generally controlled within 8 hours. Charging is best carried out during the day, parked at the centralized charging pile in the community, and supervised by a special person. Electric scooters and balance bikes must read the instructions carefully and charge them according to their specified time.
2. Use the original charger, do not mix chargers or buy inferior chargers.
3. Be sure to stay away from flammable materials when charging, and place the charger in a place where it is easy to dissipate heat.
4. A special charging distribution box should be set up in the charging area, and the charging device should have the functions of timing power off, overload protection, short circuit protection, and leakage protection.
5. Do not pull the wire to charge privately, and charge it at the regular electric vehicle charging place.
Responsibility for fire caused by flying wire charging.
In accordance with Article 64 of the "Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", he shall be detained for not less than 10 days but not more than 15 days, and may be concurrently fined up to 500 yuan. where a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility is pursued in accordance with law.
Administrative penalties.
Those who park electric bicycles indiscriminately or use flying wires to charge electric bicycles shall be given a warning or a fine of up to 500 yuan in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 60 of the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China.
In accordance with the provisions on the management of fire safety in high-rise civil buildings, Article 47, Paragraph 1, Item 7, in violation of these provisions, any of the following acts, the fire rescue agency shall order corrections, and impose a fine of not less than 2,000 yuan but not more than 10,000 yuan on business units and individuals, and a fine of not less than 500 yuan but not more than 1,000 yuan on non-business units and individuals: (7) Park electric bicycles or charge electric bicycles in the public foyers, evacuation walkways, stairwells, and safety exits of high-rise civil buildings, refusal to make corrections.
