On January 9, the Veterans Service Station of Beishaomen West Community, Beiguan Street, Lianhu District, Xi'an City, joined hands with Xi'an Miai Public Welfare Photography Agency to take free commemorative photos for 15 veterans in the jurisdiction, freezing happy moments.
The activity is carried out in the form of fixed-point shooting and home shooting, mainly taking family photos and life photos. The veterans are all old men over 70 years old, some of whom participated in the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, some of whom participated in the war of self-defense and counterattack against Vietnam, and some of whom have been defending the border for decades.
The reporter saw at the fixed-point shooting site that the volunteers carefully put on makeup for each veteran and their family, so that they could be radiant and show the most beautiful side in front of the camera.
Click, click, click......With the sound of the shutter, the warm scene was frozen. "My wife and I have been married for more than 40 years, and I really want to take wedding photos, and today the community organizes activities to help us make our wish come true, and I am very happy. Veteran Liang Xingming said.
Considering the advanced age of some of the veterans and their limited mobility, photographers came to take pictures of them. Wang Jundou, a veteran of the Provincial Textile Division's Family Hospital, said movingly: "I haven't worn a military uniform for more than 20 years since I was discharged from the army. Thanks to the organizers of the community veterans service station for taking free photos for me. ”
Some veterans also took out the ** they took when they were in the army to share with everyone, and told about the life of the horses in the past, so that volunteers could receive red education and serve the veterans more attentively.
