4. Construction of the wall root platform.

6. Water moist.

7. Spread mortar all over the place.

7.2. The thickness of the horizontal ash joint and the width of the vertical ash joint of the masonry should be 10mm, which should not be less than 8mm and should not be greater than 12mm.
8. Pendulum block (hanging control line).
The blocks are processed centrally, and the blocks entering the construction site should be classified and stacked according to the masonry row brick diagram; Masonry mortar should be held in hoppers and should not be stacked directly on the floor slab.
8.1. Requirements for masonry plaster joints: the plaster joints of internal and external walls should be double-sided hook joints, and the joint depth should be 4 5mm; The ash joints should be horizontal and vertical, and the mortar should be full. The thickness of the horizontal mortar seam is 15mm. The vertical ash joint adopts the internal and external temporary splint after filling the joint, and its width is 15mm. The fullness of the horizontal seam is greater than 90%, and the fullness of the vertical seam is greater than 90%.
8.2. Daily masonry height requirements: The daily masonry height of aerated concrete block walls should not exceed 15m or one step within the height of scaffolding. 9 reinforced concrete structural columns.
9.1. The setting, cross-sectional size and reinforcement of reinforced concrete structural columns meet the design requirements.

10 masonry top bricks.
Requirements for the top of the masonry inclined top brick: build to about 200mm close to the upper beam and the bottom of the slab, and the floating brick is pressed to the top to be subsided by the lower masonry. At an interval of not less than 15d, it is built with solid brick oblique masonry, and when the 60-degree inclined top masonry is built, it is compacted with the bottom of the frame beam and filled with mortar; The position of the top brick should be reserved according to the modulus.
Second, quality standards.
Every 50 rooms of the same type of partition wall project (large rooms and corridors are divided into one room according to the wall surface of the lightweight partition wall 30m), and less than 50 rooms are also divided into one inspection batch. 2 General items.

5. Safe construction.
1. The masonry construction scaffold should be erected firmly. During the construction of the exterior wall, there must be exterior wall protection and construction scaffolding, and the gap between the wall and the scaffold should be closed to prevent falling objects from hurting people.
2. It is strictly forbidden to stand on the wall to do construction operations such as drawing lines, hanging lines, cleaning walls, and erecting templates.
3. On-site construction machinery should be checked according to the "Safety Technical Regulations for the Use of Construction Machinery" JGI332012 to check whether the parts are working normally, and can only be put into use after confirming that the operation is qualified.
4. The temporary electricity for on-site construction must be arranged in accordance with the construction plan, and can only be put into use after passing the inspection according to the "Technical Specifications for Temporary Electricity Installation on the Construction Site" JGJ46.
5. The sewage of the mortar mixer should be discharged into the designated place after sedimentation tank.
