3.8.1. Introduction to technology.

Autoclaved sand aerated concrete block is made of cement, lime and sand as raw materials, and is made of non-radioactive and non-polluting porous and inorganic environmental protection wall materials through high-pressure steaming and curing. Autoclaved lightweight sand aerated concrete block is a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving building material that is widely used in China, which has the advantages of light weight and high strength, good thermal insulation and sound insulation, convenient construction, long-lasting fire resistance, small quality and strength loss after frost resistance, high water permeability, and improved project quality. Autoclaved sand aerated concrete blocks are lightweight, can be sawed, planed, cut, and slotted on site, and the specifications and sizes are standard, and only putty can be scraped on the wall, so the plastering process can be reduced. In high-rise frames and other structures, autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete blocks are used instead of traditional aerated concrete blocks, and the benefits are considerable. It has achieved a sustainable development strategy with the goals of protecting the environment, saving energy, reforming walls, and improving the comfort of the indoor environment.

3.8.2 technical points.

1) Masonry wall:

The assembly method is correct, the upper and lower staggered joints, the junction bite and erection, and the blocks with serious missing edges and corners shall not be used. When masonry, the erection length of aerated concrete blocks is not less than 1 3 of the length of the block, and the vertical through joint is not greater than two skin blocks. When the ring beam is cut off by the door opening, a reinforced concrete additional ring beam of not less than the section and reinforcement of the truncated ring beam should be left at the top of the hole, and the additional ring beam reinforcement meets the needs of the lintel, and the lap length is not less than 1000mm

When the height difference of the ring beam is 500mm, the ring beam can also be vertically bent along the opening to form a frame with the lintel.

2) The connection between masonry and structure:

The connection between the aerated block wall and the structural column must be provided with tie ribs, 2 6 steel bars, vertical spacing of 500mm, tiled in the horizontal ash joint, and extended into the wall not less than 700mm. The anchorage length of the tie bar in the horizontal ash joint is not less than 100d, and the length of the horizontal or vertical bending section is not less than 20d and 150mm;The lap length of the steel bar is not less than 55d. When the height of the wall is greater than 4m, the length of the reinforced concrete slab belt 200mm thick, 4 14 steel bars, stirrups 20 200 should be set in the wall according to the design regulations, and the concrete structural column, 4 14 steel bars, 20 200, upper and lower infill parts @400 should be set in the wall according to the design regulations. When the wall is built to the bottom of the beam and slab, it is squeezed with solid bricks obliquely, and the autoclaved aerated concrete block wall shall not be mixed with other blocks except for the bottom, top and door and window openings. The junction of the wall and the column, the shear wall and the structural column should be provided with tie bars, the structural column of the masonry filling wall is generally arranged at the corner, the intersection of the vertical and horizontal walls, and a concrete structural column is set every 4000mm-5000mm, and the structural column under the strip window is less than 2000mm. When the doors, windows and openings of the wall should be framed, and when the openings such as doors and windows are greater than or equal to 1500mm and less than 2100mm, the top frame can not be set on both sides of the hole, which is greater than 2100mm

When the frame column stretches to the top of the floor. The root of the frame is extended to the concrete of the floor floor and related components at the root of 2 12 steel bars;
