At present, it is an ideal comprehensive experimental equipment integrating hydraulic technology and PLC programmable controller technology. Using the physical hydraulic forklift to have an intuitive image of the structure and principle of hydraulic components, you can clearly observe the experimental oil circuit of hydraulic transmission, which is combined with mechanical transmission, electrical transmission and physical model. The internal structure principle and the working process of the hydraulic transmission oil circuit, the first forklift can teach the structural working principle and performance of a single hydraulic component, and can also conduct experimental demonstration and learning of the common basic hydraulic circuit.
Second, the structural characteristics of transparent hydraulic teaching forklifts
1. The test bench is made of cold-rolled steel plate (and sprayed and anti-corrosion), and the hydraulic circuit test screen is refined by industrial aluminum alloy T-shaped groove. The whole integrated structure, control and operation are combined;
