In FY2023, Huawei implemented an impressive dividend plan with a total amount of nearly 77 billion yuan, with an average of more than 500,000 yuan per employee. This generous dividend plan covers all of Huawei's shareholding employees, bringing the number to 142315 people. These employees, both current and retained, share in the company's earnings.

Huawei is a fully employee-owned company, having first introduced the concept of employee ownership in 1990. At that time, the ** share participation of employees was 10 yuan per share, and 15% of the after-tax profit was used as equity dividends. With the passage of time, Huawei has implemented several reforms to the equity incentive mechanism in response to changes in the external environment and the expansion of its employees, making dividends an important part of employees' income. After one to three years on the job, employees can receive 50,000 to 100,000 virtual shares**, depending on performance, and this amount may become more substantial over time.

Over the past five years, Huawei's dividends have shown that the company has continued to pay off its employees. Although the most recent dividend yield is already at an all-time low, it still maintains a relatively high standard. The share price in 2023 remains at 785 yuan shares unchanged, dividend per share 15 yuan, reflecting Huawei's commitment to rewarding its employees through a dividend mechanism while maintaining a stable stock price.

Huawei's revenue in 2023 is expected to exceed 700 billion yuan, and terminal revenue will exceed 240 billion yuan. With the return of Kirin chips and the success of smart cars, Huawei's terminal business is recovering rapidly, and terminal revenue is expected to increase by more than 100 billion yuan in 2024. This strong performance demonstrates Huawei's competitiveness and innovation capabilities in the global technology industry, and is also the economic foundation for generous employee dividends.
