Deemed payment period: refers to the continuous length of service or continuous working years (excluding converted length of service) stipulated by the relevant national policies before the employee or self-insured person should actually pay the basic pension insurance premiums according to the regulations.

1.Recruited with the approval of the labor administrative department at or above the county levelFormer permanent employees of state-owned enterprisesSince July 1992, when the basic pension insurance premiums paid by individual employees were implemented, the payment period was determined according to the actual number of years that enterprises and individual employees paid basic pension insurance premiums in full. Before the individual employee paid the basic pension insurance premiums in July 1992, the continuous length of service calculated by the employee in accordance with the national and provincial regulations shall be regarded as the payment period.
Former labor contract workers in state-owned enterprisesThe actual payment period shall be determined according to the actual number of years for which the enterprise and the individual employee have paid the basic pension insurance premiums in full, and if they have military age or know the youth limit before working in the enterprise, it shall be regarded as the payment period.
3.Those who have gone through the recruitment formalities with the approval of the original labor departmentEmployees of urban collective-owned enterprises (including enterprises after their restructuring).From the month when the city or district (city) county implements the social pooling of retirement expenses of urban collective-owned enterprises, the actual number of years of payment of basic pension insurance premiums in full shall be determined, and the continuous length of service calculated in accordance with national and provincial regulations before this time shall be regarded as the payment period.
Employees of non-public enterprises or unitsThe payment period shall be determined according to the actual number of years of payment of basic pension insurance premiums. Those who have the original military age or are limited to knowing youth shall be regarded as the number of years of payment. If such personnel are employees of state-owned enterprises or urban collective enterprises and have participated in the basic pension insurance and paid the basic pension insurance premiums in full, the original actual payment period and its deemed payment period shall be calculated cumulatively.
Individually Insured PersonsThe payment period shall be determined according to the actual number of years of payment of basic pension insurance premiums. Those who have the original military age or are limited to knowing youth shall be regarded as the number of years of payment. If such personnel are employees of state-owned enterprises or urban collective enterprises and have participated in the basic pension insurance and paid the basic pension insurance premiums in full, the original actual payment period and its deemed payment period shall be calculated cumulatively.
6.Before the implementation of the military insurance system on July 1, 2012Demobilized cadres and retired soldiers, as well as demobilized military cadres and retired soldiers who plan to be assigned to work in government agencies, public institutions, and people's organizations during the period from July 1, 2012 to September 30, 2014, who meet the military age stipulated by the state, shall be regarded as the number of years of payment.
7.Those who left their jobs before September 30, 2014Employees of government organs, public institutions, and people's organizationsThe number of years of service from formal entry to employment to resignation shall be regarded as the number of years of payment; Employees of government agencies, public institutions, and people's organizations who leave their posts after September 30, 2014 shall be deemed to have paid contributions for the period of service from the time they are officially enrolled in the work to September 30, 2014.
Note: If the insured person participates in the insurance in different regions due to work mobility, regardless of the place of household registration, the actual payment period of the individual in the last place of insurance shall be combined with the actual payment period of work in other regions and the deemed payment period in accordance with national regulations. ButThe cumulative number of months of payment in the same calendar year shall not exceed 12 months
If there is a situation that is regarded as the number of years of payment, it is necessary to bring the personnel file for identification, otherwise it will affect the calculation of the pension; If it does not involve the deemed contribution period, it will not have an impact on the pension.
