After the construction of polymer self-adhesive waterproofing membrane is completed, what method needs to be used to inspect the construction effect, and where does the construction effect need to be carefully checked?

1.The exhaust pipes on the exhaust roof should be vertical and horizontal and should not be blocked. The exhaust pipe must be securely installed, correctly positioned, and tightly closed. Inspection method: Observation and examination.

2.The rolled timber must be laid in the correct direction. The maximum permissible deviation of the lap width of the rolled steel is -10 mm. Inspection method: observation and ruler inspection.

3.The lap joint of the polymer self-adhesive waterproofing membrane layer should be firmly bonded (welded) and tightly sealed, and there should be no defects such as wrinkles, warping, and blistering. The ends of the waterproofing layer should be glued and fixed to the base layer. The seams should be tightly sealed and not warped. Inspection method: Observation and examination.

4.The coating and light-colored paint protective layer on the polymer self-adhesive waterproofing membrane layer must be evenly coated and firmly bonded. Cement mortar, block or fine stone concrete protective layer and polymer self-adhesive waterproofing membrane layer need to be provided with an isolation layer. The retention of the rigid protective layer and the grid nodes should meet the design requirements.

High tensile strength.

The tensile strength is generally above 3MPa, and the higher tensile strength can reach about 10MPa, which can meet the actual needs of coil in transportation, construction and application. The elongation at break is large, and the elongation at break is generally more than 200%, and the highest can reach about 500%, which can meet the needs of structural expansion or cracking deformation.

High tear strength.

The tear strength is generally more than 20kn m, and the crack resistance is excellent.

Good heat resistance. At temperatures above 100°C, the coil does not flow, creating concentrated bubbles.

Good uniformity. The use of factory-style mechanized production can better control the quality of products.

Good low-temperature flexibility.

It is also flexible at low temperatures below -20, and some can be as high as -45 (e.g. EPDM), which is suitable for use in cold areas. Good corrosion resistance: resistant to the corrosion of acids, alkalis, salts and other chemicals, and has good corrosion resistance.
