1. Smelting. The smelting of T91 high-pressure boiler tubes is an important link in the whole production process. It is usually smelted by electric arc furnace or induction furnace. 3. Rolling. Rolling is the process of processing a continuously cast billet into the desired size and shape. Depending on the process requirements, hot rolling or cold rolling can be used. Hot rolling refers to the rolling of billets at high temperatures, which can obtain better work hardening effect and surface quality; Cold rolling, on the other hand, is rolled at low temperatures, which can obtain more precise dimensional accuracy and surface finish. In the rolling process, it is necessary to control the pressure, temperature, rolling speed and other parameters of the rolling mill to ensure the dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties of the steel pipe.
Fourth, heat treatment.
Heat treatment is one of the important links in the production of T91 high-pressure boiler tubes, the purpose of which is to adjust the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of steel tubes. According to different requirements, different heat treatment processes can be adopted, such as solution treatment, aging treatment, etc. Through heat treatment, the alloying elements inside the steel pipe can be fully diffused and evenly distributed, so as to improve its comprehensive performance and service life.
