Mr. Zhang Er, a famous butcher in the village, is tall and mighty, with a beard on his lips, which is quite imposing. However, he had good qualities and skill, and people liked to buy meat from him.
At dusk, after Zhang Er finished his business, he passed by the dark mass grave outside the village. It has been desolate for many years, overgrown with wild grass, and has been told all kinds of absurd and strange stories. Most villagers should avoid this road because the two-kilometre journey is closer than the other paths.
Mr. Zhang Er walked alone, and when he walked to the depths of the mass grave, he saw a man with only one eye knocking on the ground, as if looking for something. Mr. Zhang Er thought about asking but gave up, thinking that he would go home as soon as possible to avoid getting into trouble.
However, as soon as he took a step, he heard a strange voice and a low cry from behind him, and couldn't help but turn back to check the situation. It turned out that the blind man was trembling and begging for help.
Mr. Zhang Er was worried: Did the blind man encounter an unnatural event or become disoriented? Although he was nervous, he expressed his willingness to worry about the matter.
So, Mr. Zhang Er mustered up the courage to ask him what help he needed. The blind man confessed that he was lost and told him the direction of his family. After hearing this, Mr. Zhang Er decided to take him back.
The two begin to walk, the blind man's mood gradually calms down, and they start chatting to kill time. The blind man revealed to Mr. Zhang Er that he was a wanderer who made ends meet by living for the future of others.
Mr. Zhang Er was deeply touched, and he calmly comforted the blind man, telling him that everyone has their own destiny and that he should not complain about his disability, but face life more positively.
Soon after, they finally reached the base of the mountain. As night fell, a few dogs barked in the distance, and the sound in the darkness added a touch of life.
Before Mr. Wang Er was ready to leave, he gave the blind man guidance and hope, telling him that he should look at the world with optimism. He encouraged the blind to face life bravely and constantly strive for a better life.
